The Good:
* The staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful and kind. I hope management appreciates the them because they are holding everything together for the guests enjoyment during all the construction.
* Location was perfect to Old Town Scottsdale for dining, shopping, art galleries.
* The hotel offers a free shuttle within a two or three mile radius.
Not Too Good:
* The hotel is under construction, which we didn’t know, and it impacted every aspect of our stay in a negative manner. Truthfully, I wanted to leave after the first day but we paid in advance. Reimbursement would have been a nightmare.
* The rooms are old and tired. Furniture falling apart, bathroom fixtures are old and rusty.
