The location of the motel is in such an amazing spot. The rooms are so clean and tidy. Checking was so easy to be done and stuff very helpful

I’m a regular at Middle Park. It’s sited in my favourite part of Melbourne and parking is a breeze. The rooms are well designed and fairly quiet.
All hotels start to slide at some point. Things start to break, things get damaged, people take their eye off the ball.
I feel like the first signs of this are starting to appear. A poorly functioning showerhead; a door that won’t properly close; dust and dirt in those hard-to-reach areas of the room, a paint chip here, a scratched cupboard there.
It’s early days. The hotel and rooms are still fantastic - but will someone do an audit of all of the spaces and ensure everything is up to standard? Or will there be a slide?

Room 207 was very good and it would have been even better if it had a toaster and some knives and forks. The hotel staff are terrific.

Room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. A good size room with large towels and nice washroom and shower. Close to where we needed to be near St Kilda. Lots of street parking around.
