Our stay was incredibly disappointing due to the poor customer service. We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room.
When we asked if anything else could be done, we were simply told the technicians had gone home and there was nothing they could do. There was no effort to move us to another room, offer alternative accommodation, or provide any meaningful resolution. We were made to feel like our concerns were an inconvenience rather than a genuine issue.
For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better service and a basic level of comfort. A functioning heating system in the middle of winter shouldn’t be optional. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to help turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a frustrating experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
