The best service, all round, that I have ever experienced in any hotel

This hotel is an absolute classic example of the 5* Rating. Check-in faultless. Staff - well trained and excellent service. Immaculately dressed and turned out. Polite and graceful. Rooms - outstanding. Restaurants- exquisite. Pure Class.

The staff here was absolutely amazing from the martini bar to the group that worked in the grill bar or just among some of the standout staff. One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot.

Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and i didnt hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again
