Check-in was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes and no one approached us, even though one front-desk station was available.
The butler service was disappointing. Nearly every request resulted in no action or an excessive delay. We asked a butler in person to remind the guests next door not to sing from their balcony, but nothing changed. We also called for an extra duvet and waited three hours—by then it was already 10:00 pm.
The hotel is in poor condition. It feels run-down, with many things falling apart. The AC in our room could not be turned off. Most of the wall buttons did not work, and we had to do almost everything manually.
The beach was very small, and much of the property felt like wasted space. Overall, this was a waste of money. I would avoid this hotel.
