The advertisement was completely fabricated. The room was tiny, filthy, and there was no water pressure. I brought these concerns up to the front desk but they did not respond. They simply asked if I used the mini bar instead of addressing my complaints of a disgusting room with hair and dirt everywhere.

Great central location and very clean room. Was not what expected from outside though as entrance was in a type of back alley and when through the first locked door you enter where all the bins are kept, it felt very odd for a hotel with such a high rating. Then there were a few stairs to climb with luggage before could use the very old tiny lift to 2nd floor. I had expected to be able to see pantheon from our room but we had a window to back alley car park. That might have been my error in booking or maybe not front room left . Reception open 7:00-15:00 and man on desk was extremely helpful. Air con not working at first but was quickly mended . Breakfast was just okay. Would probably not stay again as expected a little more for the ratings it was given.

This place is perfectly located if you are on foot. We looked right out our window and were looking at the exact location where Julius Caesar was killed. We walked everywhere and there is a very convenient corner store a few steps from your front door

Hotel is on the third floor of an older building. The building is in a great location within the city, near many local hotspots. I could get passed a few of the disadvantages of the building, however, the toilet in our room stopped working on day one. The front desk is only operated from 7am-3pm each day, so I left a note the following morning asking for the toilet to be fixed before we returned that night. The good news is that it was fixed, however, there was not toilet paper in the room when we returned. Again, no one to ask for help at the front desk. Also, the shower was very bad. Little to no hot water and even less water pressure. Bad experience there.

ยอดเยี่ยม You cannot beat the location of this property. It is dead centre in the heart of old Rome. Short walk to many of the major tourist attractions. Staff member Jitu was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The host graciously awaited our arrival, as our flight was a late one. Everything proceeded as smoothly as anticipated, and we were promptly escorted to our room. The room was quite spacious for our needs and was equipped with Sky TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The view was truly remarkable, offering a vista of the Largo di Torre Argentina ruins, the historical site of Julius Caesar's assassination.
Breakfast was prepared and delivered directly to our door, and we had the pleasure of selecting five items from a pre-arranged list.
Our check-out process was straightforward, and they kindly stored our luggage until 3 p.m. without any additional charge.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would certainly consider returning.
