Went in the summer and got a family rooms with 4 beds. Sufficent space for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Awesome breakfast. Though the spread was the same throughout our 3 days stay. The marinated diced sashimi rice was my daily fuel. Hotel parking (located next to the hotel) is limited and we had to park in one of the affiliated carparks for one of the nights. So it's good to locate a few of these carparks beforehand if you are driving. Staff was friendly. They were also willing to help accept my online shopping delivery. Do message them for instructions.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ease of ski bus. The sauna was great too.

Yes was amazing

The location is super convenient. The rooms are clean, modern, and really comfortable. Big bonus: they have laundry facilities, which is lifesaver if you’re traveling for a while. And the breakfast? So good. Fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Close to the street shopping that goes all the way to the train station. We had a big room with the tatami area. Great if you want room to move. Shower just needs to be retiled. The only I would complain about is their breakfast menu. It was the same everyday. Not worth paying for breakfast for the whole time. It’s nice that they have a bath house too.

One of the best hotel in our opinion and good bf in the morning.

Great location, parking was easy, staff were very friendly

The hotel lobby was very nice. They created many fun option like board game , library , area map , story night , etc. Stuff are very sweet and polite. We enjoyed breakfast ( 2500 yen ), not too many selection but just right. Dining area kept so clean.

The hotel offers Kamui ski link free shuttle bus to the ski hill. Complimentary drinks every night of your stay. Hotel vibe is chill and lively. Lots of local Japanese also come to this hotel in addition to international visitors. They have the advantage that the ski resorts do not have, restaurants are abundant and lots of choices nearby. Wait time is needed but not bad. Advise to arrive before 6 pm to get a seat. Overall a very good hotel considering the size of our double twin beds and storage of all luggages under our beds make the room spaces. Only one small thing is that the hpusekeeping some days forgot to replace dirty cups.
