Allowed an early check in almost 5 hours earlier, super helpful. Lovely hotel!

Very clean and a great location. Staff very friendly.

Plans changed since my booking six months prior to my stay. Advised the lady at the front desk that there are 2 guests instead of 1, I advised I have no problem paying a fee. She was very rude and passive aggressive about this.

the room was outdated and very small

Excelente ubicación y propiedad

An absolute gem in the heart of Madrid! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so close to the action, the rooms were wonderfully quiet, clean, and spacious. The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional service. We asked where was the post office and they sent a greeter with a dolly to carry our box. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or directions. I cannot recommend Hotel Liabeny enough and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid!

The staff were friendly and always willing to help you out. We loved the morning breakfast bar. Plenty to choose from.

100 % perfect, clean, good location and a staff that is like family

Extraordinário o hotel, é a segunda vez que fico hospedada, só é um pouco cara.
