Convenient location and nice area. only spent one night but it was a good overall experience.

If you’re looking to stay right in the heart of downtown, this is a great spot. You’re surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and the city has such a great vibe. Getting around is super easy too, with buses practically at your doorstep. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and our room on the 7th floor was comfortable overall. The only downsides were the tiny bathroom, the windows that barely opened (one was stuck slightly open), and the room was extremely humid. The vents also seemed to let in quite a bit of lint and dust, which wasn’t ideal, and I ended up developing a rash during our stay. That said, we still really enjoyed our time here, and I’d happily book this hotel again if I was staying downtown.

The Parker is in a great location for easy access to everything downtown, Granville Island, and is a 10 min walk to Yaletown metro station for easy connection to YVR. The room was exactly what I needed for my stay. The staff were polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Room was small but clean and comfy. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Hotel was very quiet other than traffic outside.

Not great, the pictures on the website do not match what it is..my experience is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. Had a room on 8 floor, that was way small for the two double beds( too small for one queen I’d say) ..no storage, closet too small and narrow to open luggage rack,let alone actually put luggage on it , no space to put rac in room , forced to put suitcases on bed when needed to open.. could hear chairs scraping the floor from rooftop lounge above all night. Worst shower pressure have ever seen…usb in nightstand light didn’t work..maybe other rooms better, I dunno , but did not enjoy my stay at all

The roof top bar is a MUST....The Staff was unbelievable! The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly!

I booked this hotel to attend the World Cup game with my daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very nice, modern and most of all great value. It included a very good free breakfast as well. We dined at not rooftop bar for dinner and it also was great value for their golden hour happy hour.

Very clean. Could use some updating. The staff was top notch!!!
