Great location and great price

Good. Satisfy. 1. Kakak let's me early check-in bcz i early arrive. 2. Check-out time, deposit refunded and the abg greets with Tq, pls visit us next time. Sure, will support this hotel, location vry easy to get. Abg is a winner. Very happy even only stay 1nite.

Staff have been nice and patient.

It's a cheap hotel in a prime location. I get that, but the negatives far outweigh that positive. The room is super small, even for one person. It also smells moldy everytime you enter the room. The bathroom is kinda nasty, I couldn't shake the feeling. Zero amenities. There is no elevator so you're SOL if you've got heavy luggage. They did help me with my luggage tho. Walls are paper thin and people who were there during my 3 night stay were obnoxiously loud. Keep in mind there's a club/lounge next door which was blasting music into the wee hours of the morning. The walls were literally shaking. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Customer service is just standard, nothing above and beyond or anything. I'm all for a good deal, but this wasn't it. But as they say, you get what you pay for!

Room was very small for executive room. Not as per shown in the website.

I was given a free upgrade. My first trip to KL, the staff were very friendly and helped me navigate public transportation.

Room area and bathroom are clean. Nearby quite a number of food shop to select. 5 mins walk can reach LaLaport Shopping mall.

Planning to freshen up or stay for limited hours, it’s a good place to book.
