Check-in wait was about 15 minutes. Went and had a glass of champagne after check-in Juanita served us. She was awesome the whole day she took care of me. The following day I had a facial and a massage afterwards I headed to the pool. I grabbed a wine from inside the bartender gave me a plastic cup for safety. And I headed out to relax and get a snack when I headed out I asked a young man where the towels are. He told me and pointed to where the sign says clean I looked at him and I said thank you and he walked away. I had it and got my own towel. Found my own lounge chair and started to enjoy my day and was waiting for them (3) to come around and ask me if I’d like anything to eat or drink, none of the three gentlemen out there asked me if I needed anything to drink or eat. And they actually went around again for last call and again. One did come over to me later, and asked if I was done with my wine, I said yes, and he picked up my glass and left. It was really upsetting.. I was headed back to the room and I seen Juanita walking towards me in the hall she asked how my day was. I told you it was perfect up until I was at the pool area and told her about my experience. She didn’t introduce me to a manager and I didn’t pick up his name and I told him as well. I heard nothing I will not be returning there.
