Close to the subway station, good room, no problems

Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay.

Everything about the property was great! Location was perfect!

The hotel was spotless and very clean. Location wise, the hotel is very close to all of the central Tokyo attraction yet, quiet enough (only 2 stations away from Shinjuku) and nice for rest after busy travel arrangement. Washing machine with dryer was amazing, making it very easy for us to wash our dirty laundry while on holiday. Only small issue I found was there was a partially blocked basin drain in the toilet making it difficult to keep the basin clean. I will definitely book this hotel again if I'm staying in Tokyo.

Rooms are very small. Space to walk is one person large and double bed is close to wall so at night I was hitting to wall with knees and arms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load. The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on a rod against the wall. The bathroom fan also stayed on all the time blowing air into the bathroom. There was no switch to turn it off. Plus the bathroom was muggy all the time. It would have been nice if it had better ventilation.

Amazing hotel and staff! Friendly staff helped me book taxi’s and schedule a medical visit with a doctor. Location is very convenient and close to Shibuya and Ginza! Japan is now my favorite vacation spot and I will be back next summer!

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, good location with a lot of places to eat, nice park nearby. I will recommend to anyone who values all of the above.

This hotel was absolutely perfect, and I will 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. They had clearly considered everything a traveller might need. If you take the time to read through the hotel's reviews, I am sure every review mentions the all the great amenities offered. Daily housekeeping was also available, which was a wonderful bonus. The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive. Having access to a 24/7 ice machine was such a nice touch and something I really appreciated during my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had an extremely early check-out at 3:30am and was worried I might have to wait for assistance. However, as soon as I rang the bell, a staff member appeared almost instantly to help me. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently situated between two train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. It's also only about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, while still allowing you to enjoy a quieter area to rest. I couldn't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The room was comfortable and the area was quiet. There was a good grocery store a block away.
