Clean room,excellent staff

The staff is amazing here.

1. No pool at this property as advertised and THE MAIN reason I chose this property. 2. Room had horrible, stale cigarette smell, I had to buy cleaning products to be able to stay 3. Stove in room was not working, reported it to 3 different staff members. On day 4 of 4 we finally got moved to a different room, then the microwave did not work.

We got dirty ugly states from management and staff everyday just walking too and from our room everyday, on the last day we tried paying for our room and they kept telling me that my card was declined and it wasn't paid for and locked us out of our room, I called my card the next morning and it did actually get charged that night, when staff came to the room while we were packing they

Room was nasty, kitchen sink had some black mess in it. I was scared to take a shower or use the sink. Room and sheets had a weird smell to it. Carpet had stains, and it was just a mess.

Nothing special and practically no amenities. (no silverware, cups, Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. No Breakfast either.)
