Absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent and very attentive staff, very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms, diverse restaurant selection - I particularly liked “ Le lobby” as it is in a classical setting with French and international dishes.

Staff is friendly and really went out there way to accommodate all of our needs. Hotel very clean and inviting. Even had a cigar lounge.

Great hotel, the staff are welcoming and very professional

Very elegant, stylish and comfortable hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe, very friendly and attentive staff

Spacious room, lovely hotel, staff are excellent.

Absolutely the best five star hotel in Paris.

Everything

Corredores com cheiro de cigarro, festa impedindo o uso das áreas comuns do hotel por 2 dias consecutivos.

Amazing staff and facility

The rooms was very nicely designed, but the service was inconsistent. Our breakfast orders were forgotten, even though the waiter had written them down. Frankly, paying $30 for a small fruit plate and then being unable to eat them because they were so sour really bothered me. It's not worth the price, but if you're charging that much for a very small fruit plate, please pick the “good fruits”. The breakfast service, the wait time at the front desk, and the unfriendly staff made me remember the $2200 I paid for a day. In my opinion, the Four Seasons Hotel offers much better service, and even the Grand Power Hotel, where I've stayed before, has much more attentive and courteous service staff. Even if there's a problem, they're quick to fix it. But at this hotel, they didn't even bother to fix the forgotten order in the morning. It was a disappointment for us. This is our experience.
