The room was really clean and the location was next to the best parts of london.

No air conditioning, rude staff, no soap in tiny bathroom. The place is an overpriced dump.

They try to charge you early checkin fees if you’re there even 10 minutes before checkin time.

I stay in a lot of Travelodges for work and this is one of the best! Staff were really friendly and helpful, check in was super fast and room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect for enjoying all that London has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Nice lobby and ground floor but the rooms are tiny. There was no closet or dresser to store our clothes or space for our suitcases. Washroom had no fan or window. Carpet was filthy.

Good location, good value.

Would not accommodate date change with notice.

We stayed in 851. Checked in at 3PM from our flight from Canada. What unique about the property is the people that works there. They are very approachable and helpful with all our questions. From check in to check out the General Manager was friendly and very professional. Eshma helped us at 2AM with our food cravings! Shes so wonderful and very nice! Kudos! Melanie from breakfast is wearing a great early in the morning! Overall very nice.
