This hotel is located in a quiet street but close to Monmartre, the Opera, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Though I chose the hotel randomly, I would definitely go back on future visits to Paris.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot thank the entire team enough for making our experience so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. A special thank you to Anne-Victoire (Head Manager), whose leadership is clearly reflected throughout the hotel. Aurélie (Reception Manager) and Paul (Receptionist) were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team was simply outstanding. Karine (Housekeeping Manager), Talisson, Yvette, Chantal, Mymy, Gisela, Sultan, Pelagie went above and beyond to ensure everything was immaculate and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every interaction felt personal, genuine, and thoughtful. The entire team was responsive, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you all for your exceptional hospitality, we are incredibly grateful and look forward to returning in the future!

Les chambres sont propres. Le personnel est sympathique. L’air conditionné est un atout majeur quand il fait 35 degrés Celsius dehors.

Helpful staff, great tea and coffee choices, convenient location.

The tile walls throughout the hallways were painted over and were also pealing off. The safe deposit box was just laying in the closet, anyone can walk away with it. Breakfast quality was not satisfactory and was limited. The room was tiny and had difficulty fitting two standard size bags. The room was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and provided assistance. Inder US standards the denomination would be 3 star hotel, not 4 stars as mentioned in Hotel.com. There were many similarly rated hotels in the area with much more presence and related amenities.

The hotel was disappointing; nothing like the pictures and nothing like the good reviews I had read. Our room was so small for the two of us, we were practically tripping over each other to get around. It was definitely not worth the price we paid,

This hotel/property met the expectation 100%. No complaints room and view was great. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also in a good/safe location.
