I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent 10-day stay at your property. When I booked the room, I selected the option for one king bed and two twin beds. However, upon arrival, we were given two small beds pushed together instead. This was highly disappointing. I spoke with two separate staff members about this issue, but received no assistance, which is unacceptable given that we were charged the full amount. Additionally, the bathroom was not very clean and was not properly functioning. The room overall was not up to standard. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and the level of service provided. Furthermore, the room did not match the advertisement on Expedia, which showed a completely different setup from what we received. I expect a response regarding how this situation will be addressed and compensated.

Mi estadía les reporte que estaba malo el aire acondicionado y no hicieron nada

La sábana de una de las camas estaba manchada, tenía muchas manchas de suciedad nada agradable. Hicimos el reclamo en recepción al momento de hacer el check out El Aire Acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, tuvimos que llamar técnico y resolvió un poco.

Quiet, regular size very clean room, excellent breakfast and service. Convenient location with a 20-30 min. taxi ride to the major Madrid attractions, airport or train stations.

We loved our stay we decided to cancel on another one and booked this one last minutes! Wow so worth it the location is good. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

we over sleep, were very tire and didnet eat at all. The hotel is perfec located, the rooms are Bib for European Standars, and close by everything we need.

This hotel was a huge surprise. The room was clean and the space great. I travel with my family and we were so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was nice with good variarity of food.

Prime location, helpful staff, nice place to stay
