Loved everything in this Hotel from friendly staff, cosy large comfortable room to the swimming pools. There is a family pool and another for females only. Airport shuttle leaves at 6 am ( earliest) and gets to the airport in 10 minutes.We will in time for the free chocolate tea time which closed at 4 pm so check in early to enjoy this freebee ( Best to see if it is available that day ) We stay here several times and have never being disappointed. When is a Movenpick Hotel not a Movenpick Hotel. When it's in Kuala Lumpur! Firstly note this is a dry hotel, not that is clearly explained before booking. The good stuff the rooms are large and comfortable, and if all you need is a place to rest you weary head before an early flight then this will be fine. But the food is average so don't eat here. But the weirdest thing is you can't even by Movenpick ice cream while at the property. Sort of makes it feel unauthentic.

The service of shuttle bus to KLIA terminal 1 was terrible. I asked the front desk for shuttle service and told them my flight to China will depart at 2pm. The receptionist recommended to me to take the shuttle at 12pm. I asked her if it was too late and she assured me the time was enough. I left the hotel on Jun 13, shuttle bus of 12pm. The shuttle driver kept hanging around the bus and showed no urgency. He then stopped to drop passengers at the mall and dropped me at arrival side of terminal. I had to run carrying my suitcases and seriously hurt my back. I was late to check in and had to jump through hoops to get to gate. When asked for help to speed up, the driver called his manager who rather kept repeating it was not their fault. It was such a stressful experience and I hurt my back carting bags on staircase to climb to 3rd floor- departure hall. I can’t believe the hotel / shuttle staffs did nothing to support while it were them who asked me to take the late shuttle. On top of that shuttled driver kept wasting time on chit-chatting with those who got off at the shopping mall. Terrible attitude.

Great property, big clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for Haj and close to KLIA

Stayed here the night before our flight and very glad we did! The staff wonderful and had a couple of gifts for our toddler which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate and comfy beds. We loved the pool too. The hotel was super quiet. When we checked in we could book a free shuttle to the airport for our flight the next day too which was really handy.

The breakfast was fantastic- we’ve never seen so much food! Loved the chocolate fondue! I wished we known the chocolate fondue is also served everyday between 3-4pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very luxurious! Wish we were staying longer. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful!

Great stay for overnight connection from airport

We arrived at the hotel and the staff were great. We quickly got to our room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options. Unfortunately the spa was not available which we were hoping to use.
