This property is in dire need of updates and a thorough cleaning. It's fine for a quick stay. The rooms are spacious, at least.

Loved the sliding glass door access to bring outer items in and out!

General manager is horrible, rude, dismissive and confrontational. The whole staff seems like they are tiptoeing around a horrible management team. The hotel itself is in decent condition but the way it was run deserves attention. 1st person that checked me in put me in a room that was already occupied, 2nd room was loud, 3rd room i tried had no A/C and when I requested another room before bringing in my bags he freaked out saying that the management would see so many room changes he would get in trouble..... Breakfast was super minimal and the staff there felt like they were guarding the food.. When I booked for a 2nd night the front desk girl told me she needed to check me out to check me back into the same room?? Needed all my information again , name, email, phone number, credit card for deposit again, ID everything???? I questioned her why she couldn't just transfer my information and when she said that's not what they did there , I asked to speak to her manager and explained the process of extending a booking is much easier at other hotel.... rather than look into it and accept the suggestion the manager started yelling and being irate with me... Would never stay here again, it's not a friendly atmosphere.

Good breakfast and spacious room. Very close to horseshoe bend and near antelope canyon tours. Good breakfast and reasonable price.

Not a bad hotel as far as rooms go but the main manager was one of the rudest ppl i have ever met. The staff seem scared of the manager and it showed 1st when I first got there and checked in the 3rd floor

Breakfast was good, eggs and potato, weak coffee

Our room was ok. It was a bit dated and the bathroom was small. The staff was friendly. But my only complaint was the mattress was very firm and difficult to sleep on.

Poor breakfast, dated buildings, noisy AC unit

Parking was easy and breakfast was convenient.
