Love this place

Pros: Has Ac Clean Rooftop pool is very well kept Cons: 1. Door card needed to be replaced every single day of the 5 days I stayed here which was a hassle. 2. It’s 25 dollars USD extra per person for any additional person per night. That applies to visitors as well. (for us it was an additional 100 USD not anticipated, 2 people total in our room) 3. Our initial room was the superior room which flooded after me and my spouse showered back to back. Maybe 25-30 minutes total. They then replaced our room with a less desirable room not of equal quality. No refund or discount for this. Final thoughts: Meh it was aesthetic in photos but realistically I wouldn’t stay here again. Too much of a hassle

Terrific stay at Casa Dona Susana as always. Lovely room and service at the property and at Los Arcos. It’s always my go-to hotel and resort.

The hotel was lovely, the pool fantastic, due to low season there was no service to get your drinks or snacks, we paid for All inclusive, so if you need water , drink or anything you have to go down to their sister property Los Arcos and get it yourself, the dinner buffet is a hit and miss, we ended skip it and going out to dinner since there is so many restaurant around the property. Overall was good experience, if I go back? Not sure maybe I explore another all inclusive.

It would be better if toothpaste and other toiletries are provided.

Having adults only, plus all inclusive, plus right in the heart of it all.. could not have asked for more. Say hi to Bendito for us!

Our stay was great and we like staying here, but the rooms are a bit small and definitely need to be updated.
