Perfect

Had high hopes here - stayed 3 nights in the mini heatwave. Hotel looked great, different, nice pool area…. But in all the heat the air con didn’t work. Reported it to reception who said they’d look into it. Second night - still didn’t work. Reported again - asked for room change. Told not possible although hotel wasn’t full. This time it kind of cooled a little bit - just sufficient. We were with friends and their room was chilled fine. Breakfast looked fine but we didn’t take it - very expensive Pool area was good - bar really expensive there - more than any restaurant we ate in, and the airport. Also - on the last morning before travelling to Como we decided to laze by the pool… only to be told it was closed because they were filming. No warning - Not Acceptable! They did let us in but bar closed, couldn’t make any noise and couldn’t access the steps to the pool so couldn’t get in it. Waste of time. Finally - the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro and tram - especially as one tram line isn’t working. Summary - no I would not recommend this hotel

The room was clean, but room service was extremely slow. The check out experience however was very good!

First of all the hotel is with an extraordinary design, which you should like. Overall in the hotel is this kind of loud lounge music playing all the time, even from early in the morning at breakfast which can be too much. If you want to use public transport in Milan, the location is not the best, away from Metro stations etc. and the area is a kind of silent. The rooftop pool and bar is excellent and very nice, though the bar is extremely expensive €20 for an Aperol Spritz, €10 for a bottle beer. The breakfast is very good with all what you like. I will recommend this hotel to more like young guests with cash enough to enjoy the poolbar and also the party vibe overall in the hotel. All the staff is really friendly with a high level of service. I'm probably too old to visit the hotel again.
