Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of the 5-star hotels
Our experience at The Park was shockingly bad. The first room we were given was dirty, old, and poorly maintained, and the two alternative rooms they showed us were even worse. There were stains on the bed linen, dust everywhere, and room service was so slow that we had to call multiple times just to get clean sheets.
We had requested a baby crib well in advance, but the hotel had only one crib, and that too with a filthy, unhygienic mattress. They took it “for cleaning” and returned the same dirty crib, leaving us no option but to let our baby sleep with us.
We had initially booked a stay there for 10 days but ended up leaving the hotel the very next day!!
