Lovely place. Very stylish and spacious room super comfortable beds and a fantastic restaurant as well. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent and spacious room with an abundance of amenities. Fantastic Midtown location with tons of stores and restaurants steps away.

Friendly staff great location

Initial room wasn't ideal - phone didn't work and sofa bed was not prepared as requested. Staff kindly assisted with a better room.

Room was impeccable! Staff went above and beyond.

I had a wonderful stay at this New York hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location made it easy to explore the city. What truly made the experience memorable was the restaurant staff. They were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I have encountered during my travels. Every morning and evening, they greeted guests with genuine smiles, provided excellent service, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and comfortable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned every meal into a pleasant experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Property very well maintained

Benjamin has seen better days! Very dated and worn. Never did have hot water…

Its is definitely not 5 stars luxury hotel Max 4 stars.. and its highly priced.

Emmanual and the staff were courteous and helpful!
