Great area walkable and safe. Small but all our family needed. Convenient washer in dryer in the buikding( not inside the apartment) great location

Clean apartment, fully automated check-in. Nice residential neighborhood, about 25-30 min ride to central Madrid. Overall, good option unless you want to be in the center of the city.

Problema de ruido con los vecinos. Al no existir personal físico in situ, existe un menor control sobre las instalaciones

Estaba todo limpio. Nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café, encanta el detalle...

The staff was very helpful. However, my room was appeared to be a ground floor office that had been converted to a hotel room. The windows were covered with the thick curtains which took up the majority of the room. There was barely any space between the bed and the windows. I had stayed there

Todo bien, pero no funzionava él secador. Cocina bien esuipada

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was functional. The shower dripped water outside and made a mess in the bathroom, and very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen floor had some residue, which meant not fully cleaned.
