It was amazing stay ,The view was spectacular,I thank all the staff for their unlimited help mainly ms Nabelal for her support and help to my wife.

First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners and spider webs on the top corners. Bad odours sometimes smelt in the room, coming out from the bathroom. THIS IS NOT HOW A 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BE! The hairdryer was not working. They replaced it with a new one but just laid it on the table instead of replacing the broken one on the wall. It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The nightly price was also higher than the average 5 star hotel price. But our impression is not 5 star

Every thing is excellent.there is wonderful view.very modren rooms

Just not a place to bother going. I found almost everything to be off-key. Poor cleanliness in particular. Staff at check-in desk particularly unhelpful.

Breakfast is overcrowfed and and food is not replaced quickly. They cannot cope. We went to the Restaurant for dinner anf most of the food was not available

The location good. But the hotel's room is not the same as the pictures. Old and damaged. The breakfast also very bad and small. Only fit for local people. In addition, the hotel is a bit far away from every things.

Amazing stay at a quiet location with wonderful weather

Very nice environment around the hotel. There is a small river with clean water.
