AC does not work properly. Our room would not go below 75 degrees and when it’s already hot and extremely humid outside it made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Six people taking showers did not help.
However, the stay was close to Madison Square Garden which was ideal. The cost was great. The beds were comfy. The staff was pleasant and the woman who cleaned our room was accommodating and wonderful! The mini fridge was amazing- actually froze the water a bit even! Nice to have an exceptionally cold drink when it was hot out!
The room itself was fine but could have used a bit of “fixing up”. The light fixture above the bed was broken and the wallpaper had started to peel. It’s by no means rundown but needs a little TLC. This obviously did not impact our stay negatively just an observation.
Ultimately, I would stay here again, but would need a fan.
