My oly complaint was the

When I reserved the room, I requested they leave a note in our room saying Happy 17th Wedding Anniversary and welcome to Colorado Springs. To my disappointment, they did not, even tho we were a late check in. Also, I have a feeling they didn’t clean the bathroom before our stay. The bathroom had a lot of gross stains all over the walls and pieces of plastic and trash left on the floor near the toilet. Also, the hand soap smells rotten. We had to use body wash instead.

It was a good stay.

Clean room and very friendly staff

The overall condition of the property was above average. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly. Not sure why they charge for Parking though? It’s definitely a good location with a lot of amenities close by. The bed could be more comfortable and the Ac controls could have been more consistent. The breakfast is okay, somewhat standard, but clean and appealing. I Would stay here again, a good place to enjoy with family.

Clean room. Quiet area. Good surface parking.

We were locked out of our room three times because the dead bolt moved enough to prevent the key card from unlocking the door. The lady at the front desk had to bring her "magic" card twice to release the lock. My wife went to the laundry when this happened. Luckily, I was in the room and opened the door. It was reported on Saturday. It happened again on Sunday. Not good. On Monday, we didn't get fresh towels, etc.. Somebody forgot us. Luckily, Heidi to the rescue! I told her about the oversight. In only a couple of minutes, she was back with the bath items. Very nice lady!! We didn't appreciate the dog barking for ten minutes from 12:05 A.M. on Sunday. Breakfast was very good. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and professional. We stayed here last year. That is why we came back.

Very clean & quiet. Friendly.

Room was clean, breakfast selection was very good. Staff was great and very helpful. Gave at the front desk was exceptional in answering all of our questions. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.

Nice people @ front desk- Did not receive housekeeping services during our stay- Otherwise, it was fine. Thank you!
