Overall we had a great stay. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful, the man who brought our bags to our room and all the people working in the pool area. We had an issue with our room the first night with the shower pipes making an awful noise and water running off and on through the night. The maintenance came and said it was an easy fix, but it woke us up again 2 other times in the early morning. When we went to the front desk in the morning they did switch us to a different room, but they were not friendly, not apologetic at all. The front desk also had to program my room key 3 different times, again they were not friendly, not apologetic that I had to come 3 different times. The lazy river was a disappointment, because I wouldn't call it a lazy river. There are 2 spots that water pours on you and you can't avoid it, so it's not very relaxing. The beach was a little rough and LOTS of seaweed!! I realize it could have just been the time of year. The pools were great, and all the activities. My young adult sons loved all the pool activities and games. The food was mostly mediocre, but that's to be expected at all inclusives in my experience. Even with the things I didn't like we still had a great time.
