There are no phones in the rooms. Guests are required to WhatsApp msg in with issues. They monitor it poorly, however, which meant frequent trips downstairs.
Some of the waitstaff could urgently use some training about how to wait tables.

There was no hot water in the shower at any given time of day or night and there is a lot of noise from all around, rooms, bar, etc... the walls seem really thin or not soundproofed at all, i can ear TV from both neigboors and people scream , cannot sleep ! One more thing, they charge a fee if you bring your own lunch, they want you to buy at the hotel or you pay a tax, i know, its crazy, never experienced that anywhere before.

I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit.
There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced.
I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service.
I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City.
