Great location: five-minute walk to the train and metro station, numerous bus stops, plenty of restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, etc. Staff at the reception doesn’t seem to be very motivated to serve guests, plenty of room for improvement.

Excellent choice at breakfast, and fantastic that it was open at 5.30 for our early start.

Our stay at Ibis Hotels was extremely disappointing. We booked two rooms and had no air conditioning the entire time—this was the case across both our London and Paris stays. We were repeatedly told it would be turned on, but it never was. Instead, we were offered a small oscillating fan, which was completely inadequate. We were forced to sleep with the windows open every night due to the heat. As a result, sleep was nearly impossible with constant noise from traffic, ambulances, police, and people outside. Had we known there would be no functioning AC, we would never have booked these stays. This significantly impacted our experience and made the nights uncomfortable and exhausting. We will be disputing these charges with Amex, as the accommodations did not meet basic expectations for comfort.

The hotel is just for what a tourist 1st time need in paris

Location Only good if you need to be near gare de Lyon Room:On the 7th floor. Had two dogs, so bit of a trek down to garden out back. Although we did ask for a garden room. Bathroom: toilet bowl badly positioned, so need to sit side saddle. Shower great but needs a good clean. Got stains towel on one of the towels. Garden out back: nice and great for the dogs. Family rooms are on ground floor, but not all in use? Staff: Needs more training in communication with guest. Answers were vague, and not productive. I get a better greeting in Lidl. Asked for wine opener and was told previous guests stole them? Staff need to learn from their mistakes. Staff need to smile more and say hello now and then. Stayed 3 nights, won't be back.

Reasonably convenient location for an affordable price. Some security issues in neighborhood but staff are vigilant, so property felt safe.

Room is very clean but small. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel has elevator. No coffe/tea in room but they provide it in the hotel lobby until 11:00 pm. Water is free 24 hours at lobby. Overall it’s a nice hotel for traveler on budget.

Ac did not work. Room was not great. Bathroom smelled. For the price not worthy
