Basic, small room good for a short stay.

Recommended for solo travelers. Good location near Hakata Station. Room is small but I can still open my medium sized luggage without problem.

Very convenient. Close to the train station. Clean modern and very comfortable. I like the option to leave luggage with front desk until afternoon on the day I check out. Very helpful for my travel. Thank you.

Clean room, very close to station and AMU plaza, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The typical rate used to be SGD 50. However the rate skyrocketed to SGD 250. It's really near to Hakata station by 5 mins. The breakfast was awesome although I read the review that the breakfast was bad. Some staffs were super kind and some staffs were not. It's not worthy to pay SGD250 but it's really worthy to pay SGD 50.

Room really small , but the price is good

It’s convenient to stay around Hakata Station since it connects to a lot of the major areas. The property itself was okay for its price.

First, the room was extremely small—significantly smaller than hotel rooms I’ve stayed in across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, where space is already known to be limited. Second, I was very disappointed by the luggage policy. I noticed several guests leaving their luggage in the lobby during my stay, yet the front desk staff refused to let me do the same after check-out. A colleague of mine stayed at a nearby hotel that allowed this without issue, which made the experience here even more frustrating. If you're not planning to leave the city immediately after checking out and need a place to store your luggage temporarily, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently close to Hakata station, 6 min walk away, with great amenities including packets of coffee and lotions for face and body. The single room was a bit small but surprisingly, the double room was spacious, big enough to also accommodate a couch. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms, which was very much appreciated. Overall a good stay.
