We arrived late at night only to find out that the hot water boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water all three nights we stayed there. They made it up by providing free buffet breakfast and they also offered a 25% discount on our stay, but to be honest we haven’t yet seen the refund

First thing…you get what you pay for. This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The amenities highlighted in the as for the hotel says it has onsite parking. While true they do, but apparently it’s a first come first serve basis. Therefore, we did not get onsite parking. We tried to ask the receptionist where to park. She was not helpful in this area. The graves she gave me were a 15-25 minute walk from the property. The Ming bed is 2 twins put together. Cleanliness and upkeep for the hotel are a 3 star quality. The breakfast was decent. If I were asked if I recommended this hotel, I’d say if you want a mediocre hotel then this is your spot. Other than that no.

Surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The room was a decent size; shower-over bath but it worked. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it. The staff were helpful and professional, staff in the restaurant were very efficient; cannot fault them. If you eat a full range of food you’ll be OK but the choice for vegans was super-limited. Only offered soya milk and egg featured heavily, so no good either. Had mushrooms available a couple of times with salad. Good range of bread and cereal/nuts/dried fruit. Bar was available in the evening and the outdoor area was relaxing. There was a sauna but it was far too hot to use that during our stay so I can’t comment on the quality.

Pretty good location about 15mins from the Town centre with lots of transport options within walking distance. Room was a good size and staff at reception were friendly. The shower temperature was not good and I wasn't able to have a hot shower unfortunately (only luke warm). The wi-fi was also terrible and I couldn't connect for the majority of my time there.

Clean, nice hotel in a convenient area of Munich. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and awesome spa available for guests. Would definitely stay again.

The biggest minus were that the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work and all the moist and smells entered the room, but we have informed the staff and they will fix it. The second minus was lack of a fridge in the room, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Property is close to all city trains making it easy to access all the sites

Was a fantastic location for visiting the city. Very good hotel, clean, good food, really helpful staff and would 100% stay again.

The room was good. The bed comfortable everything was fine. The only thing was that it was out of the old town center. About a $20 taxi ride. We weren’t comfortable learning the bus or train system as we were only there 2 nights and were tired the first half/day night. If not for that it’s a good place. Oh yeah , there’s a great Italian restaurant across the street.

Very small breakfast and poor quality on the breakfast. Everything was dry. Service from employees was poor and not welcoming. The room was almost unlivable because of the poor air. Despite AC at max at lowest temp the air was so hot and poor that you couldn't sleep. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Only hand/body wash. The room was very worn.
