Like a 3 Star hotel

The worst level of service. Light nobs were broken, bedroom TV was not working at all, hand shower of the restroom were broken.

Highly recommended for families..true resort experience.

The room odour is obnoxious. Its just unbearable.

Location good nice swimming pool food was okay the service was slow and only child friendly

Very Good Environment in sea pearl .Very Good Services And Staff Behavior was very Friendly and Very Nice And professional. Staffs are Very Helpful To The Guests. Also Mr.Mustafa and Mr. Tawhid Service was very Good .Overall The trip Was Very Enjoyable, very fun and Exciting. ❤️

The food was average, was expecting decent food for the price they were charging for the stay.

So close to the beach Spacious open property Staff are friendly and courteous Dining options are ridiculously overpriced

(1) A bridge called Rejukhal which is a pain in the ass has to be crossed to reach the hotel. Traffic can only flow only in one direction. I would never book this hotel (2) first night due to power outage air-conditioner was off. When it returned all lights turned on automatically. I could not sleep and rest properly. (3) check in and out were in different places and floor which I never ecperienced beforre. It was so frustrating for us. (4) Away from city, not convenient. . (

Overall it was a good experience with the swimming pool and everything but the bed, pillows and fixtures were quite old and used up . Bathroom door got locked and was not able to open it and had to call room service to get it sorted out . Stuffs were very friendly and available. The swimming pool and restaurants were nice as well . Food quality was okay . Front beach area was fine as well .
