Everything was great. But the bed closest to the door felt like it had a hole in it. But Everything else was great. Staff was awesome as well.

Clean room. Good hot tub

The property is clean, but a little banged up. It’s a favorite spot for families because of the water slide. The location is excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I stay at this property once or twice a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

The room had leftover trash from previous guests. Our kid hit a light fixture on the ceiling with a POOL NOODLE, like tapped it and it fell and shattered everywhere. They charged us for the light fixture they planned on replacing with their new fixtures anyway 😡 The staff was great at cleanup and urgency, however, if they are replacing them anyway (and now I know why), why charge your guest for the old one you're throwing away anyway?!?! Not to mention, the slide has specific hrs when its open and even when we were there in those hours, slide was closed. You should let your guests know ahead of time, its a lot of money. We wont be returning

I had a very unfortunate experience at this location. I was awakened by another guest in my room. I was fast asleep when they entered and he explained the hotel staff gave him access fo my room for his reservation. I was bare naked and asleep. This could have been potentially dangerous for both of us. I do have severe ptsd and this was not ideal for either of us.

We had a leak in the window of the room, maintenance came in promptly and repaired it so we didn’t have to move rooms. The next day we noticed that the floor in front of the window was soaked, like foot drenched. Notified the front desk and they moved us into a king suite for the troubles. Would 100% stay here again. Bryan from maintenance was so helpful and very nice. Very friendly as well.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in are room. Plus I stayed because of water slide and pool, but water slide was not open the front desk said they were waiting on part to fix it. If I was offered some kind of refund I would not be pissed because that’s why we choose this hotel. My grandkids were very disappointed.

We booked this hotel for the slide but found out its only open during limited hours on the weekend.

There was no mini refrigerator in the room. It was supposed to be a handicapped room. There was one two-foot long handrail outside of the shower. The tub was difficult to step over to get inside. There was no mat or bottom of the shower to prevent slipping and I almost fell while trying to get in even hanging onto the shot rail. The noise was so loud from the equipment room located across from the room that i could still hear it with my noise canceling earplugs in when trying to sleep. The people above sounding like they were stomping when merely walking across the floor. The breakfast had little choice, scrabbled eggs that appeared to be made from powder, pancake machine that produced raw pancakes, oatmeal but the only hot water had one level which made soup not oatmeal and the cinnamon buns tasted day old if that fresh! No I won't be back there again! Sad if all the hotels have gotten this poor in service. No new towels unless you asked for them even though we stayed three nights. No cleaning of the rooms either during our stay. The night clerk was not friendly and snotty about when I asked about no new towel and no refrigerator. The parking was roped off near our entrance. The curbs were really high and my husband fell outside due to the slope of the sidewalk/hill where we did park. No we did not report it. No we will not sue but your facilities were not handicapped friendly.

Always a good experience at this location. Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, and lots of amenities, fitness center, pool, right next to movie theater , shopping center, and restaurants!
