The front desk people were wonderful. Cleaning staff went above and beyond, even on days I hung the not now sign out, they still cleaned. The only issue I had was the refrigerator. I needed one that was working better, as I was there for an International Food Show and needed to refrigerate my samples as well as my fresh veggies. I had to use the one down in the lobby. But they were more than accommodating!!

Friendly staff and spacious room.

Shower handle was broken, shower door would not close, and bathtub had disgusting marks. I stayed in this room 2 nights before they moved me to another room (without compensation). The next room, the shower door closed but there was a gap so water leaked outside onto the bathroom floor. Both outlets next to the bed did not work. They have free laundry but only one machine and if one person leaves clothes in the washer, there’s no way next person can put clothes in a basket. They tell you to just pay and use the laundromat next door which doesn’t make sense considering you already paid the high price on room fees. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel, not worth it for the price. I’ve stayed in 6 hotels in Taiwan and by far most disappointed in this experience.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Very close to hi-life and 7/11.

The room was not completely clean with a cigarette butt in a drawer. There was a late change of room due to a technical error in the booked room and it took hours to get resolved and was asked to pay a higher fee when the "exchanged room" was a smaller room. After much debates it was finally accepted as a smaller and then finally a refund was agreed upon. It made me feels like it was my fault due to the technical error of the original booked room even though it was the hotel's. I fully understand unforeseen circumstances however the hotel should not make it a point to take advantage of the error and ask customer to pay more for a smaller room.

Very dissapointed with the cleniness. I am a short hair person but shocked to find a few pieces of long hair about eight inches long leftover in both toilet and bed linen. It leads me to check if the bed linen actual being changed after the last customer checked out. And found stain on the bed cover about 2 inches diameter. Cleanliness is of utmost importance factors to every traveler. Have reflected the issue to the front desk but the response was very cold. Not even intend to just apologize or prepare to look into the matter.

Hotel was in a bad location and was run down

Spacious rooms, super clean, quiet and comfortable

Front desk staff very helpful!

The place was pleasant and we enjoyed very much, the limited access to the western movies that was not plenty to choose though…
