A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight. The rooms are very good and the view too. The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent. Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive).

Hotel Rosenthal located up higher on the mountain with beautiful views of Vesuvio and the Bay. We enjoyed the swimming pool and their breakfast.

Excellent location and service. The accommodation and communal areas were very clean. Pool was excellent. Staff were very helpful and lovely. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Restaurant was lovely.

Yes.

Good parking, great staff and good breakfast... Has breath taking views from hotel in a quiet location

Clean bedroom but the flat bottom sheet was not big enough for the bed and moved around a lot. Aircon was difficult to use and very loud. Dominica on Reception was kind and helpful. Giovanni provided a wonderful, smiling taxi service and the best cappuccino! The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The hotel was very isolated and as it was on a main road with no pavements, you could not walk anywhere safely.

This property was well keeped and beautiful And the serrvice was amazing

Nice hotel. Terrible location.

This was a good, 4-star yet affordable resort-style hotel. The rooms were fine, minor plumbing problems were promptly fixed. Our only issues were the pool hours (closed for siesta in the afternoon, and early in the evening) and the hotel restaurant was kind of expensive, so we mostly walked to a good local restaurant that was more reasonably priced. The included buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent, I must say, and the staff were very helpful and attentive, even bringing an urn of fresh coffee & fixings to our table once they realized we drank a lot of coffee in the morning.
