โรงแรมเกรจ ยอกยากาตาร์ (Grage Yogyakarta Hotel)

ระดับดาวเป็นการจัดระดับที่พักโดย Klook โดยตัดสินจากข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เช่น การให้บริการ, สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของที่พัก ฯลฯ ซึ่งระดับดาวจะใช้สำหรับการอ้างอิงเท่านั้น

On the surface, this is a modern hotel with reasonable facilities. However, there are loads of pros and cons. The rooms are a little bit worn, staff don’t speak that much English and most of the clients are Indonesian. Breakfasts offer loads of choice: two rice options, one noodle, a veg stir-fry and a fish or chicken dish, plus several buburs (porridges), simple cakes and pastries, plus fresh fruit. But the coffee and tea are weak and lukewarm – barely drinkable; I ended up walking to the central Tugu station nearby to get coffee from the convenience store. Also, the building next door to the hotel is a church, and at weekends you'll have to put up with the band at evening service, not to mention a 6 am (!) band rehearsal on Sunday followed by more music. Overall I had an OK and very affordable stay, but it could have been much better if the management paid more attention to details.

Aangekomen in het hotel na een lange reis, kregen we een kamer die ontzettend muf en benauwd was. Wat een plek zeg. Ik kan niet begrijpen dat een hotel dit soort kamers, kwaliteit en service aanbied. Sluit dat gewoon je deuren. Konden in de kamer nauwelijks ademhalen door de vochtige lucht. Dit gemeld bij de balie. Kregen we een andere kamer. Deze kamer was beter, maar ook dit had zijn gebreken. Vocht plekken op de muur/plafond. Lekkage vanaf het plafond waardoor er telkens water druppelde op de koffer. Verschrikkelijke plek. Alleen de locatie is gunstig. Verder zou ik liever buiten in de openlucht slapen. De positieve kan ik niet begrijpen, tenzij de mensen gewend zijn om onder dit soort omstandigheden te verblijven en dit een “hotel” te noemen. Ik raad dit hotel niemand aan!!!

It was close to the Maliaboro street and transportation, travel agents are close by. Our room was nice but bathroom and toilet could have better cleaning.
