A clean, basic hotel located in the 13th. Helpful staff. Room is spare but very comfortable. Public transit (RER) is close as is Station F, conference center and business incubator. Staff is always friendly. Don’t miss Restaurant Milord across the street for great food and the most reasonably priced menu degustation I know.

The front desk staff was OK. You can tell them what you want and they will help you. But the clean staff was not helpfull.i am sorry but they need more training. They don't clean the floor in our room. Also they don't clean the bathroom. They cleaned only in the our last day, after tell this to the front desk. Also the furniture need improve in the room.

The elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Asked for an ifon that was never provided. We had to go with luggage the last day from the stairs. 7 floors. At least of they knew that the elevator wasn’t working they could have accommodated us in another floor lower. Not very happy with the stay here

The hotel facilities and breakfast were terrible, but the staff’s service was excellent.
The only reason I gave a high score is the staff’s exceptional kindness.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-located near the metro and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and there was no street noise. This hotel has air conditioning too.
