Special thanks to Osman at reception who was very helpful and friendly (as were most of the staff).
Good value considering the price, but some sunloungers were in desperate need of repair and very few lights were working outdoors at night ( quite dangerous in places). Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. Food generally good, but a little more variety would be better. Nice concept having both a chillout pool and a fun/ play pool. Great location, close to beach and restaurants.
Good value, but please drop the 5 Star rating claim. It's an average 4 at best in my opinion.
