Dirty room, bugs everywhere, hair in towels, looks *nothing* like the pictures. Total scam. Lucky we only booked one night because we wouldn't have stayed a second.
Lobby is SUPER misleading and is the only nice part of the hotel. Staff was kind, but you'll often see them spraying lysol up and down the dingy, 40yr old carpets.
Literally don't think a single picture posted on google by them is from this building.

Poor and unsatisfactory -Utilities in disrepair
Bathroom has a curtain enclosure, which was not shown on the website . shower head drips water continuously and splatters on feet when using the toilet , slow drainage of shower and face sink . - when I reported it , staff comment was it’s an old hotel -no offer to change room ..
room rules - no eating in the room .
Poor lighting in bathroom.
Double bed joined together but kept separating at night .. I expected better ..

Not clean and cold. Not provided an electrical heater.
There is no kettle for hot water.

Staffs were helpful. The heater in my room didn’t work and it was freezing in my room. I didn’t get the room change but one staff gave me a blanket. The second time I said one blanket was not changed the temperature in my room. The night staff offered me a small heater and a big blanket. We would leave and get a new hotel if there were any hotel near by available. My husband was a bit sick too. It’s a nightmare for us.

I should have read the reviews because the rooms have no A/C and it was over 90°F (over 32°C) during my stay. The A/C is controlled by the front desk so we were suffocating in our room. Felt like it was turned off around 3am because I woke up and the room was super hot again. That alone is enough to ruin the trip! Additionally, the sink was clogged. I let the front desk know as we were leaving for the day that the sink was draining very slow and they said they would take a look at it. We came back and it was the same. We ended up brushing our face and teeth in the shower because it was so bad. I would avoid this place unless there is nothing else.
