The main impression we took away was how incredibly pleasant and helpful the reception staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would single out Veronika and Bernadette, and especially Balint, who prepared a print-out of suggested places to visit. Wonderful!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

Lovely hotel. Clean room. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyed the convenience.

Our stay was perfect. The location is excellent, easy access to the city centre with excellent public transport links very close by. The room was exceptional, clean and very well appointed. I would highly recommend it and if I return to Budapest I will not hesitate to book again.

We had a remarkable 12 day stay. The staff and hotel were fantastic, close to shops, metro, restaurant and so many adventures all around the area. Would recommend the stay.

Excellent location near restaurants, shopping, with a nearby metro stop. Friendly staff, good food.

Everything is great, from customer service, imagine the manager asking if we needed anything else to be done for us. . All the receptionists do excellent job. The entire apartment is great nothing to complain about. I would recommend and looking forward to go back.

Staff were great, if you needed anything they were always on hand to help. A great place to stay in a great city. Close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Room was superb.
