Hotel in decent location. Next to big shopping mall and train station. Around 10/15 walk to the main square. Hotel room was basic but did the job. Shower cubicle quite small, toilet also. Hotel staff were very blunt and rude at times but in general were helpful when needed. One thing missing was fridge/drinks in the room. There is free water fountain downstairs but no cups provided. There is chargeable coffee/drinks/snack machine but was mainly empty for snacks. Popped into the normal IBIS next door to this one and staff and hotel much nicer. Would rather stay there in the future.

Would have been good to have kettle and hairdryer

Clean room but very small

It was walkable distance to the city square, the mall and the train station!

Basic room but has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Not much storage space but enough for a few nights

Simple. Refreshingly.

I liked almost everything

Breakfast is good and fresh. Staff are very helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff and convenient location.

A great choice for visiting Kraków — the hotel is within easy walking distance of both the main train station and the city centre, the room was clean and nice.
