The first room we were shown, was not to standard and dirty, after refusing the room we were given another room which was clean and matched the description of the booked room. The swimming pool was very cold, if the hotel has rented the pool for a birthday party then do not expect to use it and if your room looks out over the pool expect screaming kids.Smoking seems to be allowed everywhere, including reception where you will be subjected to it whilst booking in.The one highlight was a surprise birthday cake for my wife brought to the room with singing staff!
