Fantastic place. I personally had no issues, family enjoyed every bit.

The grounds are beautifully planted and well maintained. More lighting and sign posting is needed at night. The room was adequate for our needs however, we were promised a ground floor room because of my husband’s mobility issues and were given a second floor room only accessible by stairs. The overflow car park was a considerable distance from the room. The floor needed to be mopped. Having said that the room was quiet and restful.

Great resort lots of amenities and 9 hole golf course The disappointing was the room it was in a terrible state Maintenance was poor furniture etc It needs a full refurbishment which was a shame as the resort was fabulous

Room was terrible , missing tiles in shower , we stayed for 5 nights no cleaning . Coffee mugs were dirty , no extra bin liners.

It was clean Stairs keeps your steps in check

This place was perfect for a couple of nights in coffs harbor. The room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend staying there

Room was clean but could do with a deep, thorough clean or an update/reno. Can tell the resort would have been very flash 30 years ago but is looking a bit tired now. It smelt pleasant though, not musty like some places. Kitchenette too small if you take your own food (more like an upgraded motel room). Otherwise, great spot, staff and amenities. Beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. Price very reasonable.

It was in a beautiful setting with plenty of room to walk around, also had a great little coffee shop where we stopped to get coffee for our walk. Communication was great and lovely helpful staff We would definitely come back.

Helpful staff,dirty bathroom,loose bathroom fittings,air conditioner filthy,didnt work,until roadworks are completed its an awkward entrance to find when heading north,parking is tight gettinginto underground parking area

Start with parking - terrible experience as there was very limited parking as like two spots available if you are lucky as the rest is taken up by residents then you went out to an open unsealed carpark that at night was up a hill and uneven and not lit up at night. Wi Fi late evening is non existent with continual drop outs very frustrating. When coming into the place enter at daylight as at night the signage is not lit up and has very poor lighting around this compound as it is both a golf club and hotel complex and there is different buildings that they have hotel guests in very frustrating
