Room could’ve been cleaner, but the staff was so helpful that I was able to overlook that. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice.

Sink water was not draining properly.

This was an inexpensive place to stay but is on the south end of Copenhagen. It does have the metro near by.

Breakfast was great , everything you need and very tasty. Rooms are nice and clean. Locations is perfect, metro and train station are very close

Metro 2 blocks away, convenient.

Been here many times as a place to sleep when visiting relatives Sluseholmen. This time we had to change room as luckily before we unpacked, I noticed we couldn’t close the curtains (as well as the metal post that has a few coat hangers on it was missing) It was soon rectified with a new room. We always sleep well here. There’s white towels, shower gel & hairdryer. The linen is clean and fresh. It’s a basic hostel but suits our needs. I would add that they now have automatic screens to check-in at reception - my observation would be that staff should wipe the screen regularly for finger marks.

Another stay at A&O Sydhavn :) Speedy check-in :) On the 4th floor for a change. Didn’t mind walking down the stairs but took the lift on way up.

Awesome location and wonderful staff

staff are so friendly. clean room and the location is perfect. highly recommended for families traveling too. we enjoyed our stay here. we would definitely come back.
