convenient location next to station and store. clean, nice showers and connected rooms for family.

Enjoyed our 1 night here. Room nicely decorated and appointed. Comfortable bed. Location close to railway station and easy walking to old town. Staff friendly and welcoming.

👍👍

Great location !

Lucern was incredibly hot and this hotel kept things cool! What a wonderful property! Super close to the train, the river and the bells! Would stay here over and over again!

Solid hotel - great location close to train station - front desk was very helpful

Very nice stay for solo trip, convenient location downtown and near the train station. Staff was very kind and great with suggestions!

After 4 days in Paris this was a welcomed relief. The hotel was clean and the staff was so helpful.

Staff at check in were very warm and professional. I left my bags as I was too early for check in and these were put in my room for me which was appreciated after being out in the heat. It made for a quick, easy check in. Room was spacious, clean and quiet at the back of the property. My only suggestion would be to add a fixed shower head (a rain shower would be even better). The detachable shower heads aren’t always easily accessed for the ladies on a hair wash day as no matter how many times you adjust the spray, they tend to turn back towards the wall. That minor detail aside, very happy overall and would definitely recommend!

Great location, 3 minute walk from the train station and very close walking distance to all the main sights seeing areas. The staff where great and pointed us in the right direction
