We needed a fan to sleep and the staff quickly found one and brought it to our room!

I have absolutely no complaints. Staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. The room was wonderful. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

It was quiet and clean. The staff at the desk were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good and the staff there were also very nice.

Convenient, good parking good breakfast

The rooms were clean. Staff great. Breakfast excellent.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room.

There is no hot tub. Dated. Not worth it. Stay closer to saratoga city so you can walk.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the t.v. was not receiving a signal but that was resolved the following morning. The breakfast was one of the best I've had a a hotel and the hostess was very helpful and everything was well stocked.

The entire staff really seemed to go out of their way to make my stay a pleasnt one, even offering to set me up with another room if the noise from the renovations was too much. Actually, the noise was not all that bad. One of the women at the front desk was absolutely great. I wont mention her name for privacy reasons, but if she reads this, she'll know who im talking about. The manager went above and beyond, making it a point to have several conversations. The room was spacious, immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel, and i will be back
