พอใช้ This is a very budget hotel. The linens and towels are gray. The bathmat was very dirty and liked like it had urine stains but was all folded on the edge of the tub. The furniture and decor was quite fashionable 30 years ago. The chairs are covered in very worn fabric. Mattress was comfortable enough. Pillows were very used. We had a room with a balcony which was great. Pool area looked well maintained. The true bright spot was the adorable dog in the office and the staff were all very friendly and kind! I thought we just got a good deal due to our Hotel.com discount but I think it’s just a low end hotel.

TV nonfunctional without wifi or cable
Room very stained
Heavy old cigarette smoke odor
Open packs of shingles on inn roof
Unfortunate, may have been a very nice place many years ago.
Posted service awards date back to 2010.
Stayed one night and skipped second night.
Denied second night refund request.

Avoid this property. They havd stained bed sheet. Balcony was dirty and never maintained. There was no wifi. The reception room was full of cigarette smell.

The linens and towels were good. Fresh towels daily. Comfortable bed.
AC didn't work and floor lamp was broken. Needs a new paint job and flooring.
Good location for outdoor activities.

Quiet unit. I didnt swim but the pool was clean. Nice. Air condition unit worked very well with the remote. Working moke detector. I could not figure out how to use the TV. The door bolted OK, but there is quite a gap at the bottom. Clean bed, clean carpet, clean floor in bathroom. Well worn fixtures in bathroom. It was like many 1950s places I've stayed before. Good quality mattress: slept well and no backache.

The property is older but it gives it charm. Clean room, easy check in and out. Close to everything we needed before entering the North Cascades. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic location.

staff was very nice. hotel room still had coffee in the pot from previous stay. Room was clean but linens and towels stained. bed was lumpy. but the staff was great. (wanted to say that twice).

Older building, room was clean but many stains and limited towels, amenities and could smell cigarette smoke many places walking from our room to vehicle. WiFi was not working either.
