Feel like a residential area, always quiet and peaceful. No major inconvenience. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood is lovely, the Yamanote Line and the Subway are a short walk away, the price is low, and it's very clean. The rooms are very small indeed, check-in is open only until 6pm (you have to call a staff member down via a courtesy phone if you arrive after that), and there are no frills. It's a bit faded, and the washlet in my room didn't work, but for the price it's decent value as long as you know what you're getting: it's a weekly residence rather than a hotel, so they're not going to come in and make your bed every day. If that bothers you (it doesn't bother me), look elsewhere.

ยอดเยี่ยม The hotel is situated at a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in which I really enjoyed. It’s somehow near the Sugamo station and near the Sugamo market. The staff are very polite and attentive. The only problem is that they don’t do room service. Nonetheless, I still liked the simple ambiance of the hotel. My room has almost everything that I needed, from microwave to electric stove.

Very friendly staff. Overcoming their shy English with a few friendly greetings n Japanese pn my side.
A very Japanese experience: the business hotel. Very local neighboorhood. Great value for money: coin laundry , microwave, rice cooker, kettle, stores close by. Very Japanese so clever use of the limited space. Loved it

ดี The hotel is a simple place and easy to get to from Sugamo Station (JR), along with the subway/metro that also runs there. It is close to another JR station Otsukaekimae Station should you need it... 700m away. For the price and location it is quite a good buy.

ยอดเยี่ยม We stayed here for 5 nights on holiday in Tokyo. The walk to the station is straightforward and short. The staff are excellent, one in particular Humi (sp?) spent a long time helping me organise a tour I wished to go on. The tour operators could only be contacted in Japanese.

ดีมาก The hotel was near a lot of shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Just a few minutes walk, around a nice neighborhood. The room although small, was comfortable and clean. It had complete amenities like a mini ref, soap,shampoo,toilet paper, towel, toothbrush,toothpaste, razor, slippers, kettle, and an induction cooker ( like what they use in cooking hotpots). They won't clean your room or change your towel or sheets unless you specifically ask them to. So you also have the option of getting a lot of privacy.
