great pricing, excellent location with lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. clean room, staff is super friendly and easy to work with. i will definitely stay there again next time i'm in the area.

State of Arizona is hell.. all aspects of it…. except this place.

Staff was amazing oh my god haven’t seen better

Rooms weren't very clean. Towels and sheets had stains. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor at night and they told us there wasn't anything they could do for us. We just dealt with a flooded bathroom that had a bathtub that barely drained until we could leave first thing in the morning.

Not located in a good side of Scottsdale. Small sign in front of hotel, small sign on front door stating one must enter through back door, door to my room has visible gaps and was difficult to open and close. Next door to an adult book store.

I’m a Ny city retired FDNY, out here from Nyc for 10 weeks at the Mayo Clinic I’m doing fine even though I’m weak. When my wife booked from Ny I wasn’t to pleased about her booking for me . I arrived after full day of travel to meet a young man at the front desk. He managed the property. Unbelievable way. Noise would bend over backwards for me. Anything I asked for he does it all him as his assistant he’s always working. He always answers the phone he always greets me with a smile can I go on any further? I get a stipend from the male clinic so that co-pay is an out-of-pocket equals about $50,000 a year that I have to pay -$1000 a month and so my wife so I could this place obviously location and cost cause she knows I slept in firehouse for 28 years I could sleep anywhere. I’m just completely satisfied can’t say enough anyways even with all the responsibilities he has he manages to put it all together I don’t know how what he does and anyways I can’t say enough be safe

Parking is easy! Staff has been professional and helpful. I stay about once a month and have no complaints.
